At the end of the webinar, according to tradition, a survey of participants was organized, as a result of which more than 90% of participants said that the solutions presented were Best Practices. Almost 90% opted for special protective equipment (aprons and sleeves) made of polymeric materials HACCPER Evatex (ethylene vinyl acetate) and HACCPER Uretex (thermopolyurethane) as the most relevant to food safety criteria. And almost 96% made their choice in favor of special clothing Technoavia Fridge instead of the usual one when working in low temperatures.
