2008: Implementation of the project Alphabet of purity
After a long work, analyzing the situation in the field of food safety, we realized that the main reason for most of the food poisoning is employee errors in production.
Therefore, a large project "The ABC of Cleanliness" was implemented - visual aids that help line personnel to get acquainted with the requirements for ensuring food safety. The result is a social project, thousands of enterprises in Russia and not only apply these practices, key sporting events in Russia were held with the ABC of Cleanliness.

2011: First Food Safety Conference
In 2011, the annual conferences on food safety began. It all started with small seminars, but due to the relevance of the problems under consideration, these seminars have turned into full-fledged conferences and exhibitions, which are annually attended by more than 1000 employees of leading enterprises in our country. Since 2017, the Food Safety conference and exhibition has acquired the status of "international" and has become one of the leading events in the food industry.
2016: Creation of the concept "Best Practices"
The ABC of Cleanliness project is being continued in the form of a new concept of Best Practices - visual aids now for enterprise management. This is a complex of organizational and technical solutions that are designed to show how to ensure food safety in a given situation at a food enterprise. The best Russian and foreign experts took part in the implementation of these projects.
2019: start of training programs
It soon became clear that the need to receive up-to-date information from our clients is constant and meeting once a year is clearly not enough. Therefore, we launched a series of weekly training webinars.
2020: Evolution of Food Safety
This year is becoming the most eventful. The new Best Practices concept continued to evolve and evolved into the Industry Standard for Food Safety Solutions. In 2020, the first edition of the Industry Standard for the Food Industry is being created.
Also, in 2020, the demand for receiving and sharing information continues to grow, new problems associated with the COVID-19 pandemic appear. Therefore, in April 2020, we launched regular webinars, which were attended by over 1,500 participants from Russia and neighboring countries in 2.5 months.
